This Is How To Relieve Effective Tooth Pain

Compress using ice

Before the effects of your toothache medication start working to eliminate tooth pain, you can use compresses. This method can also help reduce swelling of the swollen teeth and gums.
The trick is to coat the ice cubes with a towel or cloth, then stick to the part of your cheeks that is close to the sore teeth for about 20 minutes, and repeat every few hours.

Chew garlic

Garlic is known to have an antibacterial effect that can help fight germs in the teeth and mouth, and reduce inflammation that causes toothache.
In addition to using some of the ingredients above, the other way to relieve toothache is to place a warm tea bag in the affected part of the tooth. Cinnamon, coconut oil, green tea, oregano oil, guava leaves, mango skin, sweet potato leaves, and sunflower leaves are also widely used as treatments to relieve toothache. However, there is no sufficient scientific evidence to ensure its effectiveness.
